I’m Katrina/Trina, and I’m half of the best friend duo of “Thanks! It’s the Trauma.” I live down in South Carolina, and I am not even close to being a “southern belle.” I love Jesus but will also bust you in your shit if needed. (Hey, calm down…Jesus flipped tables too.) I do this show because I want to…my best friend and I always said it didn’t matter if we had 1 or a million listeners, we will still always be our biggest fans! 

I’m Krystal, the yin to that yang baby! I’m a 42 yrs old. A wife and mother of 2 (grown by the grace of God) I keep my circle small on purpose, If I’m being honest....and I always am…I’m just good people. I honestly want the best for everyone. I hope by working through my trauma (and of course laughing at it), we can help someone not feel so alone. We’re all going through it some a little more than others. All trauma is just that...trauma. I sure hope you like what we’re doing over at “Thanks it’s the Trauma.” If not then make sure you tell everyone how much we suck....Maybe they’ll want to see for themselves. We ain’t above it!
